These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of Casino Payment NZ, including its pages and content available through casinopaymentnz.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Information service only

Casino Payment NZ is an informational website about casinos and gambling-related topics. We are not a casino, gambling operator, bookmaker, or payment provider. You cannot place bets, deposit or withdraw money, or open a gambling account with us.

Information on the Site is general in nature. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it may not be complete or up to date. You should check important information directly with the relevant provider or regulator before relying on it.

2. Age and responsible use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. Gambling is not suitable for everyone. If you choose to gamble, do so only where it is lawful for you, and set limits you can afford. Do not gamble with money needed for essential expenses, and do not treat gambling as a way to earn income or recover losses.

You are responsible for your own decisions, including whether to visit a third-party site, create an account, provide personal information, or gamble. You are also responsible for checking that you meet the applicable age and other eligibility requirements before using any gambling service. Our content does not encourage anyone to gamble or guarantee a particular result.

3. New Zealand information

These terms and the Site’s information are directed to users in New Zealand. New Zealand’s gambling laws and regulatory requirements may change. The Department of Internal Affairs provides information at dia.govt.nz, and the Gambling Commission provides information at gamblingcommission.govt.nz.

Licensed operators must implement stricter age and identity verification systems. Providers that have not applied for a licence must cease conducting online casino gambling in New Zealand by 1 December 2026. If a licence application is declined, the provider must cease all online casino gambling operations in New Zealand and exit the market. Operators without a licence may face enforcement action and fines of up to NZ$5 million. These statements are general information, not a determination about any particular provider. Check official sources for current requirements and details.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including casino or gambling-service websites. Some links may be affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and take an action with a third party, we may receive a commission or other compensation, at no extra cost to you unless the third party states otherwise.

Affiliate relationships do not make us the operator of those services, and they do not guarantee that a provider is suitable, licensed, available, or lawful for you to use. Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. You should review those terms and verify a provider’s status and conditions independently. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, offers, or actions.

5. Content and permitted use

We aim to present useful information, but we do not warrant that Site content is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Offers, terms, availability, and regulatory requirements can change without notice. You use the Site at your own discretion and risk.

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy or republish its content in a way that infringes applicable rights. Site materials are owned by us or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated.

6. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or a third-party website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may change the Site or these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site applies when you use it. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
